WWII
Is History a History of Progress?
This is an image from an airplane on August 6th, 1945 when the United States dropped the first atomic bomb over Hiroshima. The image shows how powerful the atomic bomb was and how the town of Hiroshima disappeared into a cloud of smoke. WWII is described through this picture because during this war the first nuclear war weapon was invented. Its name was the Atomic Bomb and it was invented by Albert Einstein originally from Germany but moved to the United States because of Hitler. The atomic bomb symbolizes the ending of WWII because after the United States dropped both atomic bombs over Japan there was nothing left to fight over.
