WWI
Is History a History of Progress?
This image shows the men fighting in WWI from the United States. This picture shows the trenches that the military had to build in order to protect the soldiers while fighting at war. If they were below the ground then nothing could shoot at them from the sides. This picture shows how all of the men have to work together in order to fight in the war. This picture was chosen for WWI because during that time there was obviously war, so that is the reason why a fighting picture was chosen. The picture was also chosen because the trenches were new inventions of war strategy that were invented during WWI.
